sad day

AHHHHH!!!!! As a small business owner every day I dread walking up to my business to find that something horrible like a fire or robbery is waiting to great me in the morning. This morning I walked into a studio that had water running from the ceiling and pudling on the carpet and furniture!!! One of the irresponsible renters on the 3^rd floor did not call the building manager when her water tank started leaking. It dripped down through 3 floors and into my studio. ALL dresses are safe but not the furniture. I have been toweling off and moving furniture all day. If you have a box fan or dehumidifier you could loan for a few days I would greatly appreciate it!
